Clubflat in Australia & New Zealand 2009

The Australian Reptile Park in Gosford is one of the better places of the many wildlife parks to visit in Oz.  It is not huge but what it lacks in size it makes up for in the sheer quality of the visit.  It has all the animals you've come to see in one place and has a huge lake full of crocs where you can see them naturally cruising through the water, looking like logs.  Some amazing demonstrations are held throughout the day to small personal groups of 15 or less.  But best of all are the staff!  Not only did Hero get to hold a very large snake for free, but the staff, spotting the Clubflat card he was holding decided to join in!  Next thing you know and they've planted a card on one of the many kangaroo's that roam freely around the park (see below) and told us to take a pic!  What a great bunch.  Clubflat, they knew where it's at!

This reptile park is about to get Clubflatted big time

Hero was used to handling a big snake

If we get them to wait long enough, one of the reptiles is bound to poo

A great planting by the reptile park staff. Big thumbs up!

You really have to see a Tasmanian Devil in action to believe the

noises it makes! Small, angry little things. Bit like Hero.

You should be weary of all lakes in Australia...

...And here's why!

10 or more crocs making like logs, slowly cruising through the water

A female Funnel Web - the world's 2nd most venomous spider!

Hero & Hypnotist hold up a hint of what they are about to do

Giant Galapagos Clubflat Tortoise took days to walk into the shot

Well it said nothing about defacing signs!

Possibly the crappiest spider display in Oz

Clubflat did as the sign said and 'checked it out'

It's like they knew The Hypnotist & Hero were coming here

The crocs lined up to get their pic on the Clubflat site

Lizard strikes a pose after learning from the crocs!

Snake's attempt to bend into the word 'Clubflat' was unsuccessful

The weirdest looking dinosaur reptile type thing you will ever see

Bet he's popular with the ladies on a Saturday night

Baby alligator was happy having his bum fingered...

...But I wouldn't try that with the baby anaconda

Dingo demonstration was going well, until like all dogs...

...It took a big poo!

Handler was proud of the pooing Dingo

What an ugly little thing. Koala's really cute though

Baby croc was a mean little beast

"If I pretend to be asleep, maybe I won't get a card put on me"

Hero demonstrates how to Clubflat an emu

The feisty thing trying to peck at the card, and Hero

Yessss, the card is planted

Uh-oh, the emu spots the Clubflat card

He goes in for a closer look...

...And grabs the card in its beak!

He is not a happy emu...

...And tosses the card away!
