D-TOX (Clubflat nickname, founded in 2002)

Real Name: George W

Position: Clubflat Advertising and Marketing Director

Profile:

D-Tox's nickname came about as a direct result of his obvious hobby (that's drinking!), and his shock decision to quit the beer for a whole month. In view of this unbelievable news the Clubflat Team had a jolt of imagination to call him D-Tox. Having not had a sober Friday night since he was 17, D-Tox did exceptionally well to go cold turkey for near enough two weeks in the face of fierce provocation from Bluff and other Clubflat Team members. Unfortunately once he succumbed to the lure of the amber nectar, D-Tox was soon back in the thick of the (drinking) action and making up for lost time. Quite easily the most frequent drinker of the Clubflat Team, D-Tox is able to neck a pint of Guinness in about five seconds or so! But the beverage does take its toll as the night passes on. For example D-Tox does seem to have an unshakeable tendency to occasionally do disappearing acts, and also to fall asleep during nights out, most noticeably in the curry house takeaway where they now pre-place a pillow on the waiting chairs for their best customer. D-Tox also does great stuff with signs, and not just the finger one's either. Yes he can conjure up a sign for any occasion, whether it be t-shirts for the Faliraki Clubflat Team, keyrings, or any other general sign you can think of, he's your man. Always up for a night out on the piss and possessing a pleasant and sarcastic/piss taking sort of nature which is so subtle you may not realise he's taking the piss, D-Tox is an essential Clubflat Team member who has the gift of the gab when it comes to women and blagging his way out of shit!

D-Tox Says: "F*ck the f*cking f*ckers".

Claim to Fame: "Carling had a slump in sales when I switched to Castlemaine XXXX".
