If there's one thing there's no shortage of in Mexico, it's jungley creatures and lizards in particular seem to be their equivalent to cats in England. Hundreds of them in the wild living in and around the resort complex, from the smallest of Geckos to the largest of Iguana's. These beautifully detailed creatures made you really feel away from home as you regularly found them sunning themselves on your doorstep. On top of the wild one's there were also tame Iguana's that the Bahia staff brought round the pool during the day as well as monkeys, parrots and anything else exotic. All good stuff, just watch out for those tarantula's! |
